Usage Directions:

Cream:

  • Application of Flexi Joint cream on affected area

  • Gentle and firm massaging till it gets absorbed

  • Avoiding direct fan for 15-20 minutes

  • Covering it with light crape bandage allows fast results

  • For achieving best results apply the cream 2-3 times a day

Capsule:

  • Take one capsule twice daily

  • It needs to be taken with external application of cream
